To cancel/reschedule, an appointment notice of 48 hours is required.

No refunds for “no-shows” or late cancellations.

The appointment will be rescheduled and cancellation fees will be applied in the following situations:

If paperwork is incomplete

If we haven't received assessment forms 2 days before your appointment.

Invoice payments can be made by major credit and debit cards. For payment using bank checks, please make checks payable to Shilpa Dashpute.

Instalment options are available for 6 sessions Determined package.

Currently, we do not accept any medical insurance but we can provide superbill which you may present to your insurance carrier to be considered for an out-of-network provider.
