Office Policies 

  • To cancel/reschedule, an appointment notice of 48 hours is required.

  • No refunds for “no-shows” or late cancellations.

  • The appointment will be rescheduled and cancellation fees will be applied in the following situations: 

    • ​If paperwork is incomplete

    • If we haven't received assessment forms 2 days before your appointment. 

  • Invoice payments can be made by major credit and debit cards. For payment using bank checks, please make checks payable to Shilpa Dashpute.

  • Instalment options are available for 6 sessions Determined package.

  • Currently, we do not accept any medical insurance but we can provide superbill which you may present to your insurance carrier to be considered for an out-of-network provider.
